We are pleased to announce that Piotr Łaska, legal counsel, has joined the Partners of Baker Tilly Woroszylska Legal. He will use his skills and competencies to support the The Real Estate Advisory team.
Piotr Łaska has over 20 years of experience in the real estate market in Poland. Piotr provides advisory on real estate law, focusing mainly on transaction advisory and construction aspects of investments. His extensive expertise also includes civil and commercial law as well as administrative law.
He has been involved in a number of transactions related to the largest commercial investments in Poland, in particular in the acquisition and sale of office complexes, shopping centres, hotels and residential properties, as well as land for future investments. During those deals, he advised the largest investors in the real estate market in Poland.
