Piotr Łaska has more than 20 years of professional experience in the real estate market in Poland. He has been practicing real estate law, focusing mainly on transaction advisory and construction aspects of property investments. His broad expertise also includes civil and commercial law as well as administrative law.
He worked on a large number of transactions related to the biggest commercial real estate projects in Poland, in particular on the acquisition and disposal of real properties including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and residential properties, as well as land designated for future development. He participated in projects involving major investors in Poland.
Piotr has advised international and domestic clients on a wide variety of legal and commercial matters relating to their business operations, in particular mergers and acquisitions, disposals of assets, joint ventures and reorganizations, as well as commercial contracts.
For nearly 10 years Piotr has been recognized and recommended as a leading real property expert by Chambers and Partners and The Legal500.
