Polish Real Estate Forum 2020

The 10th anniversary edition of the Forum dedicated to representatives of the residential and commercial real estate market will be held on August 24-25, 2020, traditionally in Sopot.

Every year, this two-day event brings together leading developers, intermediaries, representatives of banks, construction companies, architectural offices and financial intermediaries, who this time will be able to share their experience not only of their daily operations, but also of how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the industry, as well as the predictions and consequences that it entails.

Due to unusual circumstances, the main topic of the meeting will be panels devoted to the short- and long-term effects of the coronavirus and summaries of the government’s actions to counteract its negative effects. Participants will be able to take part in numerous panels divided into two blocks – commercial and residential, which will consist of discussion panels, lectures and case study examples.

The second day of the Forum will start at 10:30 a.m. with the panel entitled “Discreet Charm of plots with legal defects”, moderated by Baker Tilly Woroszylska Legal’s Managing Partner, Katarzyna Woroszylska. During the discussion, the panelists will address the following issues:

Where to look for land with issues and why not only in industrial districts?

What are the most common problems and how to solve them?

Cooperation of local authorities with developers as a good tool for revitalizing the urban fabric.

We encourage you to see the full program of the conference and register for the event.
