Tomasz specializes in developing complex investment scenarios for individuals, family businesses and corporations, tax planning and taxation of financial services. He provides legal and tax advice related to wealth management, maintaining relationships with banks, regulating succession, investment transactions, as well as family affairs and living arrangements services at home and abroad, including changes in tax residency.
His tax consulting experience includes running his own law firm, as well as many years at international law firms, including managing the tax department in the Warsaw office of a prestigious global law firm. Prior to joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, he was a founding partner of a law firm for many years recognized as the best in Poland for serving private clients.

Tomasz graduated from the University of Maria Curie-Sklodowska in Lublin with a law degree, and completed postgraduate studies in taxation at the University of Warsaw and Vienna University of Economics and Business. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association.
He is fluent in English.
