Sergiusz specialises in M&A transactions and corporate law, with a particular focus on the areas of M&A, PE and VC. Has extensive experience in private and public market transaction processes, joint venture investments and capital markets operations. He supports clients across a range of sectors including FMCG, renewable energy, real estate and logistics.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, he worked for many years with international and national law firms, actively supporting Polish and foreign investors.
He is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University. He also completed postgraduate studies in Financial and Economic Law at the University of Łódź. Participant of the European Young Lawyers Scheme run by the College of Law in London.
