Małgorzata specialises in business law, commercial law and company law. She also deals with real estate and copyright law issues. She has experience in advising on restructuring processes and merger and acquisition transactions, investment agreements concerning companies and real estate projects. She also provides day-to-day services to business entities.
A graduate of law studies at the University of Warsaw and Cambridge University, British Center for English and European Legal Studies. She is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
She is fluent in English.
