Małgorzata specialises in business, commercial and corporate law. She has many years of experience in working on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions and investment processes, mainly in the manufacturing, FMCG and new technology sectors.
As part of his practice, she also deals with real estate issues and day-to-day services for business entities.
Before joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, she cooperated with international and Polish law firms, gaining experience in various areas of law, enabling her to combine knowledge of Polish law with an international perspective.
A graduate of law studies at the University of Warsaw and the British Center for English and European Legal Studies, Cambridge University.
A member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw since 2010.
She is fluent in English.
