Maciej specializes in capital markets law, including regulatory issues of financial institutions, private equity and venture capital transactions. He has been involved in the capital market since 2001, initially as an employee of the Financial Supervisory Commission. From 2004 to 2005 he was employed as an Advisor to the Minister of the Treasury.
He also worked with the Capital Markets Department of the Warsaw office of an international law firm (2005 – 2010). From 2011 to 2018, he held managerial positions on the boards of financial institutions – investment fund companies and brokerage house.
Maciej graduated from the University of Maria Curie-SkĆodowska in Lublin with a degree in law, followed by a prosecutor’s apprenticeship at the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Lublin. He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
He is fluent in English.
