Dominika specialises in transactional advisory, corporate and M&A law (with particular emphasis on merger, demerger, transformation and acquisition processes) and business law. In her long-standing practice, she has represented international and Polish clients in transactions concerning the acquisition and disposal of companies, shares and stocks, domestic and cross-border restructuring of companies and capital groups and joint venture transactions. She also advises individual clients on the creation of effective structures to ensure security of assets, estate succession planning and cross-border transactions.
She also provides services in the areas of new technology law, IT, outsourcing and compliance.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, she was a partner at a Polish law firm for many years considered the best in Poland for private client services. Prior to that, she spent 20 years with global law firms, where she headed the corporate practice and was co-responsible for the technology, media and telecommunications department.

She holds a degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate degree in European Law from Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. She is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
