Baker Tilly Legal Poland expands its group of Partners
Katarzyna Koszel-Zawadka joined the Partners of Baker Tilly Legal Poland. This appointment emphasizes the importance of long-term business relationships, based on trust, loyalty and mutual respect, which have been the cornerstones of the firm for years.

For over 15 years Katarzyna has been advising domestic and foreign investors on the acquisition, sale and construction process of commercial real estate (logistics centers, office buildings and shopping centers). Her experience also includes advising on joint ventures, mergers and transformations of commercial companies. She has participated in numerous real estate financing and refinancing transactions and due diligence processes involving companies, real properties and wind farms, particularly in the fields of real estate title, leases and tenancy agreements, corporate matters and intellectual property rights. Since 2013, Katarzyna has been registered on the list of attorneys at law at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw and has been a key member of Baker Tilly Legal Poland team since its inception. Katarzyna is interested in psychology and interpersonal communication, thanks to which she has established competences of a transactional and business negotiator.
