TPA Poland expands Transfer Pricing and Corporate Finance
The Warsaw Tax Advisory Department of TPA Poland was joined by Joanna Kubińska, who will take up the position of Associate Partner responsible for the transfer pricing team. The company is also expanding its structures responsible for corporate finance consulting. The position of the director in this team has been taken up by Tomasz Manowiec.
TPA Poland constantly expands its expertise and strengthens its business lines. After launching the legal practice under the brand name Baker Tilly Woroszylska Legal, the company announced the launch of a new business line in late 2019: TPA Real Estate Services, offering brokerage services, property valuation, investment advice, and investment financing and refinancing for the real estate sector.
2019 was also a key year due to the merger with Moore Stephens Central Audit. Now, the team of nearly 300 people in offices in Warsaw, Poznan and Katowice can offer its clients comprehensive and interdisciplinary consulting and outsourcing services.
