Real Estate & Construction Law Forum FLEX 2018
On November 26 and 27, 2018, the first edition of the Real Estate & Construction Law Forum FLEX 2018 will be hosted in Warsaw. Invited experts – lawyers, developers, advisors, analysts, representatives of local governments, industry organizations and banks financing real estate projects – will discuss not only the current situation in the market resulting from the changes in the law and the impact of these amendments on investors’ behavior, but also their consequences for the entire real estate sector.
Katarzyna Woroszylska, Managing Partner of Baker Tilly Woroszylska Legal, will take part in the session “Developers vs perpetual usufruct” (26.11.2018, at 10:15 – 11:45). The invited experts will analyze the process of the transformation of perpetual usufruct into ownership from the developer’s perspective and the consequences of these changes in the law, as well as define the risks and benefits for the market players.
