His experience includes, in particulars, corporate governance of commercial companies, real estate, copyright and intellectual property right, and acts of unfair competition.
He has many years of experience gained in law firms in Poznań, providing their services to domestic and international clients, including those operating in the SSE region. Many times he prepared and conducted transformations, mergers and divisions of commercial companies. He has successfully represented his clients in court proceedings, in the field of, among others, unfair competition, employment law, including numerous cross-border cases.
Kamil has completed legal studies in Poland and Germany. He passed his bar exam with distinction in 2013. Kamil is fluent in German.
