Senior Associate
Joanna has been participating in international, interdisciplinary projects covering areas of civil, commercial, and labor law. As part of her practice, she has been supporting clients in matters concerning personal data protection and whistleblowing procedures. Her area of expertise includes representing entrepreneurs, management, and employers in the course of court and out-of-court proceedings. She has been providing ongoing legal advice for entrepreneurs in the field of corporate law, civil and commercial law, in particular, by preparing and reviewing contracts, as well as legal opinions. Prior to joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, she has cooperated with Polish law firms and has provided legal advice for clients from the manufacturing, service, and transport industries.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She completed an annual scholarship in Lisbon as part of the Socrates-Erasmus program. Since 2011, she has been entered on the list of attorneys of the Bar Association in Płock.
She speaks English.
