Ewelina deals with issues related to business law, including company law, with a particular focus on commercial contracts and corporate services. She has experience in transactional advisory and securities issuance processes. She also deals with issues related to financial and capital markets.
She gained her professional experience in legal departments of public institutions, global commercial law companies, as well as in law firms providing legal advice to business entities.
Ewelina graduated from the University of Warsaw, as well as from the School of German and European Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the Department of State and Law Sciences of the Rhine Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation in Bonn. She is a member of the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
She is fluent in English and Swedish.
