Elżbieta Rablin-Schubert specializes in banking and finance law. She has extensive experience in providing legal advice on investments in the construction and infrastructure sectors, including the financing of investment projects (project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, structured finance), debt securities issuances, as well as projects implemented under concession and PPP structures. She supports clients at all stages of the investment process – from planning and financing structuring to commercialization and dispute resolution.
She has advised on the implementation and financing of numerous infrastructure projects, including airports, sports facilities, public transport, as well as energy, residential and healthcare investments. She has represented clients in commercial and investment disputes, including claims for damages arising from the performance of major construction contracts.
Elżbieta graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the University of Warsaw. She also completed her legal training with the Warsaw Bar Association.
