Grażyna focuses on finance, infrastructure and real estate law, corporate law (M&A) and public procurement law.
She has many years of experience in negotiating investment agreements in commercial financing, including real estate financing and refinancing and leaseback transactions. She has supported clients in negotiating all legal aspects of syndicated loans and club deals as well as M&A transactions.
Speaker at numerous real estate conferences and co-author of a commentary on construction law published by CH Beck in the so-called compact commentary series.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the A. Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed legal counsel training, as well as management and finance courses at the Kellogg School of Business Northwestern University in Chicago. Grażyna is the co-author of a commentary on construction law published by CH Beck in the so-called compact commentary series.
She is fluent in English and Germany.
