Deadline for registration in Central Register Of Beneficial Owners is July 13th, 2020
Companies registered in the National Court Register before 13 October 2019 are obliged to report information on beneficial owners by 13 July 2020.
Entities registered in the National Court Register after 13 October 2019 are obliged to report the information on beneficial owners no later than within 7 days from the date of registration in the National Court Register.
