Junior Associate
Attorney trainee at the Bar Association in Warsaw.
On a daily basis, he supports lawyers in conducting cases in the field of commercial and corporate law. His role includes participation in comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs and companies, in particular in matters related to their organisational structure, day-to-day operations, transactions and business disputes.
As part of his support, he participates, inter alia, in registration proceedings, restructuring processes, negotiation and preparation of corporate and transactional documentation, as well as in court proceedings concerning the activities of business entities.
He is a graduate of law at the University of Warsaw. He also graduated from the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw.
Bartłomiej is fluent in English.
