8. Real Estate Market Forum in Sopot
We are looking forward to seeing you at the Real Estate Market Forum, an annual real estate market event in Poland, which will take place on the 7-8 of June 2018 in Sopot. This is a recurring conference for major real estate market players: developers, intermediaries as well as banks, construction companies, architectural firms and financial agent representatives.
During the conference, the key issues pertaining to commercial and residential real estate will be discussed, including, but not limited to, trends, possible market development scenarios, and attainable solutions.
This year, the experts will predominantly focus on:
- investment plot market in Poland
- sustainable construction and green certificates
- Polish warehouse market growth perspectives.
Jacek Santorski, a social psychologist and business psychologist, who will present the opening lecture.
On the first day of the conference, MaĆgorzata Dankowska, Partner, head of Warsaw’s tax practice and TPA Polandâs real estate expert, will present a case study. Once again, TPA Poland is the event’s knowledge partner.
