Emilia specializes in legal and business services for domestic and foreign entities. In her daily practice, she focuses on day-to-day advice to business entities, participates in restructuring projects (mergers, transformations of commercial companies), as well as conducts legal due diligence. He is involved in drafting business contracts and corporate and transactional documents.
She has many years of experience in corporate law and building corporate governance in organizations in the construction, information technology and medical industries. She has represented entities before common courts in commercial disputes.
Emilia graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and from the Faculty of Polish and Classical Philology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. She completed a course in English and EU law (Juris Angliae Scientia Law Centre). Since 2014, she has been a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.
She is fluent in English.
