Joanna has extensive experience in employment law, HR and the protection of personal rights in employment with a particular focus on bullying and discrimination. She advises multinational corporations and Polish employers. She represents clients in court proceedings. Acts as a member of anti-mobbing committees. She supports employers in hiring and firing employees, including in group dismissals.
Joanna shares her knowledge and experience by conducting trainings and workshops, in particular for managers and she is a member of the Labour Law Association.
She graduated in law from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
She is fluent in English.
