Katarzyna Kosowska specializes in real estate law, commercial and administrative law. She advises her clients on restructuring processes and real estate transactions.
Katarzyna has many years of experience in ongoing corporate support for commercial companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She has also been involved in comprehensive support of the investment process, from legal examination of a real estate, to the execution of a construction project, to the commercialization of real estate. She has represented clients before common and administrative courts in proceedings regarding real estate.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, Katarzyna gained experience in renowned Polish and international law firms as well as in a property development company.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź and completed post-graduate studies in Accounting at the Poznań University of Economics.
Since 2018, Katarzyna has been registered on the list of attorneys at law kept by the District Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Poznań.
She is fluent in English.
