Kaja advises on real estate transactions, as well as projects regarding restructuring and insolvency of companies. She represents Clients in disputes relating to building investments and construction process, claims resulting from lease and tenancy agreements or non-contractual use of properties, as well as claims finding basis in infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights and rules of fair competition.
Kaja has represented entities from the financial services sector in collective actions and individual client actions. She assisted in transactions related to acquisition and sales of real estate and company restructuring.
She has gained her professional experience in international law firms. She graduated from University of Gdansk, Faculty of Law and Administration (Law) and from Lazarski University (postgraduate studies in Restructuring and Insolvency Law – company’s restructuring and liquidation). She is fluent in English and German.
