Junior Associate | Trainee Attorney-at-law
Jan specializes in corporate law and law of obligations. He advises his clients on restructuring processes broadly defined transactions.
He is experienced in providing day-to-day corporate services to commercial companies, as well as drafting business contracts. As part of his practice, he has also assisted clients in matters involving the resolution of shareholder disputes, or dealt with issues related to intellectual property law.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland, Jan gained experience in renowned Polish law firms and corporations.
Jan graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan with a degree in law. He also completed a postgraduate course in Mergers and Acquisitions of Enterprises organized by the Warsaw School of Economics.
He speaks English.
