Bartłomiej Cherka

Bartłomiej graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, defending his Master’s Thesis in the field of the administrative law. He also received the diploma of the School of Law and Economy of China, University of Warsaw. Since 2019 he has been member of the Warsaw Bar Association as a trainee attorney-at-law.

Bartłomiej specializes in the Construction Law, Environmental Protection Law, Monumental Protection Law and regulations on land zoning, as well as administrative proceedings. He took part in preparing numerous legal memorandums and expert opinions in the above fields. Bartlomiej was also involved in drafting scenarios for entities from the development sector in order to obtain relevant permissions to launch the construction process. As part of his practice, he has prepared due diligence reports concerning regulatory matters on waste management and Energy Law. In particular, he provided clients with legal advices in the course of administrative proceedings and administrative court proceedings on trees logging on properties.

He has gained his professional experience in the well-known, reputable and large law firms in Warsaw.
